Small Stitched Collage

Shown above is another mixed media textile piece I started at the Knitting and Stitching Show at the NEC earlier this month during a workshop with Claire Martin. I like its rich colours and touches of glitz, and I enjoyed mixing running stitch with oversewing and feather stitch.

I enlarged the photo of this piece, great to see more detail. Love the colours and stitching with a touch of glitz. Thanks so much for visiting me, and your nice comment.

Hi, Sue. Thank you for your understanding. I don't know what ME is, but I have heard of CFS. I have MS myself, which I think shares some characteristics, especially the fatigue. We are "initial" friends! LOL.

Hi Sue,

I haven't got your email address, and I just wondered whether you have any connection with Avon Spinners Weavers and Dyers Group? I am taking a dyeing workshop with them in May.

In the meantime you can join me on my next travels in India - see you there! We, my husband Keith - who is great at coping with every the increasing weight of my baggage - are setting off on Thursday.

Hi, Sue, Were you intending to be in the give-away? I'm not sure - you added your name to the followers - thank you! - but did not leave a comment. If you want to be in the pool, will you leave a comment? Por favor. I'm still trying to figure out what ME stands for! I love the colors in this piece. :-)
